Damaged or Defective Gifts
ā€‹If you or your recipient receives a damaged or defective gift, please have them contact our Customer Experience Team right away through whatsapp or call @9886295957. Most of our Brands have a a warranty policy and a 15-day return window for damaged on arrival. Once you or your reciepient ship their return, they can receive a replacement of the same item.
